This week's teaching...to connect to our inner peace which lies within each and everyone of us. It's taking the time to disconnect from the worry, sadness, anger, jealousy, anxiety, depression, physical pain or whatever is happening in your life and connect back to that which is healed, calm, quiet, free, happy. When you can let go of the story and the thoughts and simply feel your presence...just be... you no longer feed the fear, the story, therefore it can no longer exist within you and your reality.
We are all a part of something greater than ourselves. When we learn how to truly participate in that greatness we achieve peace.
