Learning To Embrace Your Life Rather Than Fighting It
It is what it is and you feel what you feel
It is what it is and you feel what you feel
We get so caught up in the stress of what's right and what's wrong, stuffing our seemingly negative emotions and beating ourselves up because we're not more 'positive'. This causes stress and anxiety in our lives as we compare our lives to what we think it should be rather than seeing that it is what it is and we feel what we feel. This teaching and meditation should help you become aware of this in your life and help you embrace LESS STRESS LIVING through acceptance.
