Meditation and living mindfully are the same language. Mindfulness is living self awareness(self seeing) in your everyday life. The reason this is so powerfully transforming is simply because when you slow down and begin to see who you are...what hurts you, how you react, how you think...STOP denying it, reacting so strongly, trying to tell yourself why your right or how you don't care...and accept who you are and how you react and what you do it's so freeing!! Stop fighting!
When you are becoming mindful of who you are...your no longer asleep telling yourself everything you know and instead allowing yourself to be who you are...it changes everything. The limits fall away completely. You accept all people, all moments for who and what they are...the struggle and fight fall away. Your heart opens to yourself and everyone around you❤️ Such a kinder way to live💕 Join me
